Job Description
Join our family! The Engineering Coordinator reports to the Director of Engineering, performing a wide variety of office management and administrative tasks to support the Engineering team and ensure smooth operation of the Engineering Department.
Oversee inventory and control process, all engineering areas are to be inventoried and maintained, pars to be set and kept
Research & order parts with attention to best pricing and delivery schedules
Liaise with vendors to obtain contracted pricing
Manage departmental checkbook and ensure proper administration via Birch Street
Manage the PM process and associated documentation
Manage the departmental schedule for Engineering
Maintain the O&M's to be current and complete for all equipment on file
Keep record of current business licenses and insurance certifications for our contractors
Maintain complete knowledge of resort fire system, water system, septic system, and irrigation system
Participate in and support hotel and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives
Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.
Works harmoniously and professionally with fellow team members and leadership.
Hourly Rate: $25-$28
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of one-year prior office administrative experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to provide directions and guidance in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Passion for the delivery of exceptional service and a genuine interest in working with guests in a luxury environment.
Aptitude for working with multiple computer systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working knowledge with Microsoft office and GSuite products
Desirable
Prior hospitality experience
Prior experience with GSuite & Microsoft office
Past experience with call dispatching systems, Alice, HotSOS, etc,etc
Multilingual skills (specifically Spanish)
