Robotics Instructor
Engineering for Kids is looking to expand its competitive robotics program using popular age appropriate robotics platforms for students aged K - 14. The robotics instructor will be tasked with teaching the basics of construction and programming for the various platforms according to the Engineering for Kids curriculum as well as coach and guide students during the competitive season.
Recommended Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of computer programming and robotics.
Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence and poise
Classroom management skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Passion working with children
Energetic
Prior experience with competitive robotics a big plus.
