Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive engineering experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or other high-reliability industries.
Minimum 3 years in engineering leadership or management with a record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFx), and product qualification.
Experience working within AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong foundation in mechanical design (FEA, Vibration, Fatigue, etc.) and manufacturing processes such as welding, forming, machining, and assembly..
Able to manage multiple complex projects and balance technical and business priorities under tight timelines.
Skilled in interpreting customer specifications and flow-down requirements with full configuration control.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including customer and executive interaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent while building collaboration and accountability across teams.
