Engineering Leadership Opportunity — Drive Innovation & Growth

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to provide both technical direction and administrative leadership for a growing, high-impact engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges, improving processes, and developing strong technical teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of 7+ engineering professionals, fostering technical growth and accountability.

• Oversee engineering change activities — including risk assessments, budgets, and program launch milestones.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency and product quality.

• Review and approve engineering records, plant layouts, and design changes.

• Partner with leadership to shape the engineering roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

• Drive adherence to quality and compliance standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).

• Play a key role in developing policies, mentoring talent, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver results in fast-paced, complex operations.

• Solid understanding of CAD software, die operations, robotics, welding, and GD&T.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and experience working within quality management systems.

• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
