We are looking for an Engineering Solutions Associate to join our INTEC Controls team within the Building Solutions group. This position is based in our Virginia Beach office, with occasional travel. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, assisting with technical solutions, and configuring products for seamless installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in INTEC Controls products, including hardware, software, and applications.
• Create installation drawings and configure programmable sensors and controllers based on project needs.
• Manage product returns and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Work in the warehouse helping sort and unload shipments as well as pack boxes to ship out.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic electronics knowledge is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning configurable smart devices and their capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Previous experience in technical support or hands-on technician roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP (P21), CRM(Hubspot)
