We are seeking a licensed engineer to lead a forward-thinking team in the commercial construction landscape, where innovation meets efficiency. • Anticipate $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering for cold-formed steel framing in prefabricated exterior walls.
• Prepare calculations, submittals, and review drawings/details.
• Assist in project development, code research, and client relations.
• Evaluate materials for offsite suitability and improve engineering standards.
• Occasional site observations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE license required.
• Minimum 5 years structural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of cold-formed steel analysis software.
• Ability to read multi-trade drawings; site navigation skills.
• U.S. work authorization.
