Axillon Aerospace is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our Engineering department at our Rockmart facility. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our aerospace and defense projects by providing technical assistance and ensuring the integrity of our engineering processes.

As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are eager to apply their technical skills and grow within the company for a duration longer than one year. The Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting engineers with the development, testing, and maintenance of aerospace systems. You will be involved in preparing and conducting experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve product performance and reliability. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, preparing technical reports, and maintaining accurate documentation of all engineering activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong team player in engineering principles, be proficient with various engineering tools and software, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Required Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or technical role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment.

• Exposure to working in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Previous responsibility for ensuring project timelines and specifications are met.
