    Engineering Technician

    Overview: Precision Fabricating and Cleaning Clean and Test Department Engineering Technician: This role is primarily responsible for identifying and planning the processes needed to efficiently and appropriately process customer hardware with the desired cleaning and testing requirements. This role requires the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team of quality assurance, laboratory, production and logistics personnel. Work alongside Clean and Test Manager to review and navigate customer requirements and specifications and prepare detailed work instructions for the processing of a variety of types of hardware. Work alongside Clean and Test Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure products are processed properly and in a timely manner. Perform pre-task meetings with production to relay information for sensitive or atypical process requirements. Contact customers for clarification of processing needs as needed as well as for direction if issues arise during processing. Perform internal audits to support quality assurance procedures and certifications. Assist in on-going training and certification of employees.

    Job Requirements:

    Experience with MS Office Suite and MS Project preferred. Knowledge of office equipment; computers; filing; word processing and telephone systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals and specifications. Good oral and written communication skills. Bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds Equipment to be Used Computer, standard computer peripherals, common office equipment.

    High School degree.
