PURPOSE:

Work closely with Test Engineers and Manufacturing to support and improve manufacturing operations, including testing electronic assemblies and debug/troubleshooting to component level.

Focus on supporting ICT related matters as PM ICT machine and ICT fixtures; help to conduct ICT Fixture qualification; stabilize the ICT programs if needed.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

1. To Debug/Troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to component level using various equipment including but not limited to o'scopes, meters, computer-controlled test equipment.
2. Test complex boards and assemblies using test processes and procedures, perform PM as required.
3. Setup test station; setup hardware and software.
4. Working from blueprint, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures.
5. Determine acceptance or rejection or rework requirements of a part.
6. Assist others in correcting or preventing deficiencies in quality of workmanship.
7. Perform related work as assigned.
8. Supporting all TE activities on Boards Functional Test for all customers.
9. Communicate with internal customers to solve any issue related and feedback to production for any concurrent issue.

PREFERRED Qualifications: Familiar on SMT, Xray, Structural TestsSoftware programming is a plus

Education or Training: College with 5+ CM experience
