    A multinational engineering and manufacturing company with a facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan is currently seeking several CNC Application Engineers / CNC Programmers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team!

    These are exciting opportunities for recent graduated Engineers or skilled CNC Machinists looking to take the next step in their career working directly with customers, setting up a variety of CNC machinery for different applications, and looking for industry leading income, benefits, excellent training, and growth opportunities.

    CNC Application Engineer / CNC Programmer rates are anticipated to start between $70,000 and $95,000 depending on skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more!

    Qualified CNC Application Engineers / CNC Programmers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

    • Any experience with CNC programming and adjusting programs on CNC machinery using conversational programming, or industry standard CAM systems, along with direct G-Code/Macro programming to generate CNC programs for parts processing.
    • Solid skills with updating of tool layout drawings including sequencing, speeds and feeds, depths, etc.
    • Must be able to travel up to 50% overnight- many projects are local.
    • Working experience combined with any Associates or Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a benefit, but not essential.
    • We will consider equivalent manufacturing certifications or degrees, or combinations of education and experience.
    • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
