Engineering for Kids Beach Cities LA

Engineering for Kids Beach Cities LA is seeking a Part-Time (Approx. 8 - 10 hours per

week) Marketing and Social Media Associate to drive sales through the creation of

marketing material and digital campaigns that are optimized for conversion and

awareness.

Responsibilities

 Build out and execute a full Social Media strategy

 Create and implement online customer acquisition campaigns to drive sales

using a variety of targeting strategies

 Update and maintain website and social media pages

 Increase traffic on website, registration pages, and social media

 Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize campaigns and

recommend strategies in maximize ROI

 Design flyers and create graphics

 Write and design email newsletters in Mailchimp

 Collaborate on new ideas, directions, tools, and advertisements for marketing

 Conduct marketing research

 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 Either working towards or having a degree in Marketing or a similar field

 Experience leveraging social media platforms for paid advertising

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Attention to detail and highly organized

 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher

 Experience working with creative tools

 1 – 2 years of Marketing experience a plus

 Familiar with web analytics tools (Google Analytics & Facebook Pixels) a plus

 Experience with Google Adwords a plus
