As an Engineering for Kids Coach, it will be your responsibility to inspire your students while delivering quality education to them. You will be trained on the Engineering for Kids curriculum and given the tools to provide personalized instruction.We are currently looking for STEM coaches with exceptional leadership skills that we can train to lead our summer camp programs.
Your specific duties will include:
Teaching the Engineering for Kids programsManaging the day-to-day operations of the classes, control inventory, build objects in curriculum while managing assistant teachers and studentsDeveloping rapport with parents and students and establishing a fun learning environmentCommunicating student's successes and challenges to the Program ManagerMaintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating enthusiasm for teaching our curriculum
Requirements:
Available to work 8:00-4:00 Mon-Fri throughout the summer (June & July)High Energy and EntusiasmLove working with childrenAbility to work independentlyFlexibility and dependabilityReliable transportationMust obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preference given to those with experience as an educator, trainer, and those currently pursuing a degree in education or engineering.
