    We are currently seeking to add a Senior Structural Project Manager to our growing Structural team. The typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $154,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position. This is a full-time with benefits position.

    We provide structural evaluation, design, and construction phase services to private and public-sector clients. We ensure that structures do not deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively, or collapse and that they remain stable and secure throughout their use. We have two goals: design a structure so it fulfills a specific purpose while remaining safe, economical, and functioning throughout its intended lifetime, and value our clients’ schedules and budgets through open and honest communication and internal practices that simplify the process.

    • Vaults, Walls, and Tanks

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, technically knowledgeable structural engineering and project management with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude. Be part of a thriving team actively planning and delivering creative designs and solutions.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.

    • Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.

    • Coordinate and manage client request and needs.

    • Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.

    • Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.

    • Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.

    What we are looking for:

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering

    • Masters in Structural a plus

    • Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months

    • Oregon/Washington State SE preferred

    Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
