    We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our busy Downtown Everett professional office.

    We are: A smaller office with fun personalities, and a whole lot of heart. Go-getters who focus on moving the needle.

    You are: an experienced marketing manager who will create and direct the firm’s marketing program. A self-starter that possess excellent graphic design, written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with architectural, engineering, or professional service firms is desirable.

     

    In this role you get to:

    •Lead marketing plan development

    •Support leadership to establish marketing program and implement company-wide

    •Establish programs to accomplish marketing- related aspects to support corporate mission

    •Create and maintain the firm’s overall marketing budget

    •Update website and social media outlets

    • Manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising, and corporate identity

    •Development and implementation, special events, direct-mail programs, and market research activities

    •Produce proposals; responses to RFQ’s and RFP’s

    •Creates and leads internal marketing activities

    •Plan and coordinate special events

    •Research target markets

    •Actively involved in professional and community organizations

     

    This role is for you if you have:

    •Engaging personality able to easily connect with staff and clientele

    •Excellent graphic design skills

    •Robust experience content writing

    •Organizational skills, multi-tasking

    •Self-starter with excellent time management skills

    •Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures

    •Working knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files

    •Understanding of advanced marketing principles

     

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
