Reception / Front Desk
Receptionist / Office Assistant needed part time (25 Hours/week) for non-profit trade association.
We are looking for a team member who is truly a people person, with excellent member service skills. Professional appearance, judgment and discretion are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
** Primary phone duties to include answering the member's question or directing the call to the appropriate team member. ** Task oriented and can multi-task in a fast paced environment. ** Sort mail daily. ** Other administrative support duties will also be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
** Excellent phone skills ** Self-motivated ** Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills ** Proficient in database management and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro ** Attention to detail, ability to multi-task ** Superb member service skills necessary ** Prior non-profit trade association experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time (Monday - Friday 25 Hours / Week)
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
