Our Home Care Recruiters are responsible for the welcoming, enrolling, processing of new Home Health Aides (HHA) to our family of caregivers.
Our Recruitment Dept. is often the first point of contact with our company, therefore you must be professional, have an appreciation for the type of service we provide, and be personable.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment. You must also enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
No experience required in our field — training will be provided (and training IS PAID).
After completion of probationary period, company paid medical w/ minimal employee contribution, 3+ weeks PTO, and bonuses.
