    SUMMARY:

    We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, Sales Manager with experience in critical power, data centers, electrical distribution, and electrical switchgears for a Texas-based company serving TX, OK, LA, AR, and MS. This role can either work in Houston, TX or Seguin, TX.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Hire, and train sales team to build and maintain strong customer relations.
    • Perform a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with valued clients.
    • Responsible for making sales calls, providing technical expertise, and offering solutions to meet the power equipment needs of customers.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations to end users, engineers, electrical contractors, distributors, and generator dealers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.
    • Utilize technical knowledge and expertise in electrical theory and application to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
    • Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/college or university in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Distribution.
    • Five (5) years sales experience with three (3) years in a sales management role; (commercial industrial equipment preferred) - from a similar industry (critical power, data centers, electrical distribution, and electrical switchgears)
    • Experience working with End Users, Electrical Contractors, Electrical Distributors, Manufacturers and Engineers to bid and complete projects from the start to finish.
    • Experience in channel partner development in the electrical distribution industry.
    • Capacity to work independently and travel to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma, Louisiana area when needed.
