SUMMARY
Hiring a Human Resources Manager to support employees and managers, implementing HR policies and procedures, leading the employee relations team, and making recommendations that promote a positive work environment. The position is in West Memphis, Arkansas and provides relocation assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for leading the employee relations for the manufacturing team.
- Conducts employee relations counseling.
- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of departments in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management
- PHR Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, diversity, performance management, training, and development, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing a must!
- Strong conflict management skills, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
