We have an exciting opportunity; we are seeking a Quality Improvement Manager for the manufacturing leader of the coatings and adhesives industry worldwide. This is a highly visible role and serves as the \#2 person in the plant. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on leadership to Supervisors, Team Leads, and Machine Operators in mixing and coating operations.
• Lead the Quality Team, QC lab, and Quality Assurance functions to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Direct cross-functional teams in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to address production issues.
• Oversee process engineering functions to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• The ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical) with a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience in roles such as Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, or Manufacturing Manager.
• Background in coating, drying, mixing, and web converting preferred.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques, LEAN/Kaizen principles, and problem-solving methodologies.
• ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, Lead Auditor, or Quality certifications preferred.
