SUMMARY

We are seeking a Project Manager- Land Development Engineer with prior project leadership or a solid PE with some project oversight and ready for the next step. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct responsibility for projects in the development of plans and specifications, for single-family residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage and detention facilities, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items
• Responsible for preparation of complete construction plans in a team environment
• Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing
• May supervise work of one or more EITs and CAD Technician/Designers
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered PE in Texas
• 5 - 15 years’ experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on projects for cities, counties, and/or local municipalities is preferred
