SUMMARY

Looking for a Water Infrastructure Team Leader to join our established Texas Water team working on water infrastructure-specific projects. Our Team Leader will lead a team consisting of multi-discipline design engineers and CAD technicians focused on the production of design phase deliverables including reports, studies, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, details, and specifications. The Team Leader must be capable of working closely with clients to ensure their expectations of service are exceeded.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must provide leadership and guidance over highly motivated team in producing complex water/wastewater projects
• Certify that projects are completed within client deadline and adhere to targets of scope, schedule, quality, and cost
• Build and coordinate project teams while providing guidance and direction to the project team members and executing construction administration phases of water and wastewater projects
• Manage timekeeping efforts and accounting information that is consistent with efficient workload
• Create reports including project design status, upcoming timelines, project controls, and project reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Eight or more years of engineering experience in the municipal waste/wastewater utilities market
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas
  
• Powerful speaker and communication skills a must
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
