SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Maintenance General Manager for our manufacturing plant in Marion, Arkansas. Will be responsible for leading and coordinating operations with the Maintenance Team at the plant. Great benefits and relocation assistance provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules equipment maintenance workloads, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• Provides cross-functional support to all departments.
• Interfaces with Manufacturing, engineering and facility teams for modifications, and design.
• Trains and prepares work schedules for Maintenance Technicians and team members.
• Interfaces with all departments regarding facility schedules and problems.
• Troubleshoots complex facility issues.
• Purchases and maintains stock of all repair parts, lubricants, coolants, etc.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Repairs logic equipment and performs preventative maintenance in accordance with standardized procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Materials Management or Supply chain is required. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing a must!
• 12-15 years of hands-on experience with Maintenance functions.
• Experience in Assembly, Machining Welding, Stamping processes Knowledge of PLC, servo motors, motion control and drives.
• Experience in Fanuc robot setup and programming.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical/control systems and the ability to apply these concepts within a manufacturing environment.
• Adjusts to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical concepts involving machine designs, process requirements involved in the manufacturing process.
