Abacus is looking to hire an Enhanced Support Provider in the St. Mary's County area.

Job Description:

• Enhanced Support Providers (ESP) work with students as part of an intervention team.
• ESP implements prepared academic and behavioral instructional programs in school. ESP work 1:1 with groups of students.
• The ESP will work under the direction of the Behavior Specialist/classroom teacher.
• · Ability to professionally relate to and collaborate with co-workers, students and community members
• · Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality
• · Ability to use technology effectively to complete tasks
