We are seeking a highly qualified, caring, and reliable Enhanced Direct Support Worker to support a friendly and active 25-year-old man with multiple disabilities. He enjoys being out in the community, connecting with others, and spending time with his close, supportive family (and their sweet dog!).
This position is specifically designed for graduate students or professionals with a strong academic background in behavioral, educational, or human services fields who are looking for meaningful, hands-on experience.
Required Education (Applicants Must Meet This Criteria)
Candidates must have one of the following degrees:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Psychology
Education
Special Education
Counseling
Social Work
Gerontology
OR. NADD Certification is also acceptable. This role is ideal for graduate students seeking real-world experience applying behavioral supports, skill-building, and person-centered care in home and community settings.

Duties Include
Supporting meaningful community outings and activities
Assisting with self-care skills and medication administration
Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Maintaining a safe, engaging, and respectful environment
Schedule
Fridays and weekends (flexible schedule)
Occasional weekday shifts available
Compensation
$28–$35 per hour
