ENHANCIFY is the fastest growing home improvement financing company in America.
We help American small business contractors (Roofers, GC's, HVAC Pros, etc.) close more jobs and grow their business through a seamless point-of-sale financing solution that makes it easy to turn expensive projects into affordable monthly payments.
We help contractors win up to 25% more jobs, while generating ~16% more revenue per job, all while saving 20-40% of profit margin compared with industry-standard dealer fees in the "old model" of home improvement financing. We are disrupting a $300B+ industry and are just getting started.
We launched about 30 months ago and are PROFITABLE.
We have 1,500+ PAYING CUSTOMERs (unlike most startups), are completely bootstrapped, and are growing 2-3X year over year.
We’ve built partnerships with some of lenders in the country (GOLDMAN SACHS, LENDINGCLUB, SOFI, name-brand banks, and network of credit unions) and currently have access to $20B in capital to deploy in assisting small business contractors and homeowners.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are growing quickly and looking for bring on the right individuals to join our core team as our first CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS.
You will help us grow our Support function and help us write the story of our company's success as we continue to scale.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
You will lead as the "entry point" for many of our customer's experiences and a real representation of our brand.
Provide above-and-beyond, "WOW"-level service, that's so surprisingly good, our customers can't help but share their positive experience with others
Become an Enhancify Financing product expert and help both customers and team-members succeed
Leverage support tools and best practices, while creating and documenting best practices of your own (for a larger team to follow as we scale)
Work with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to share insights, identify opportunities, and help the entire team win
Serve as a champion for customer needs internally by identifying patterns and reporting into the President of the organization directly
Occasionally assisting homeowners, or following up with customers' questions.
REQUIREMENTS --
You have at least one full year of Support experience with references
One of words you and those who know you best use to describe you is "Reliable" or "Consistent." You are disciplined and process-driven (rather than fourth-quarter cow-boy/girl.)
You have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal. People love talking to you and it's easy and enjoyable for you to make a connection with others.
You are totally at ease with technology - multitasking, using multiple platforms, etc.
You are a multitasker with a high sense of urgency. You are highly organized with strong attention-to-detail. Things falling through the cracks? Doesn't happen with you.
You have a love for understanding people and solving problems. YOU HAVE A CLEAR VISION FOR WHAT "ABOVE AND BEYOND" CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AND THAT IS THE STANDARD YOU HOLD FOR YOURSELF.
You have a love for home improvement, small business, finance, or support/client success.
You are able to function in a fast-growing, low-structure early stage startup. That means you are a self-starter, can turn a bit of chaos into order, and have a love for building something big with a great team behind you.
You are hungry, competitive, and are internally driven to be the most excellent version of yourself
You are an effective and efficient problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills.
You have an ability to work with a wide-range of personalities and keep a cool head in challenging situations.
While this position is remote, you are a US-based, and are available 20-40 hours a week at minimum along a steady schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commission + Bonus
