    ENKLU -SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

    We are looking for a high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Growth Team. This role will require a passion for mixed reality and interest in proliferating the Enklu ecosystem. You will be recruiting new clients through both inbound and outbound efforts. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be a tenacious self-starter everyday. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Growth. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reach out to potential business partners and clients, qualify leads
    • Perform research across target verticals to identify prospective clients
    • Run weekly and monthly email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
    • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly qualified lead goals
    • Set up calls with prospects and organize meetings with Account Executives
    • Track and assess outreach tactics, pivoting when necessary to achieve results
    • Find the right way to get through obstacles to achieve success
    • Manage and update CRM software
    • Assist Account Executives with proposals and other departmental tasks

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Passion and commitment for partner success
    • Strong technical aptitude and a desire to work in emerging technologies and startups
    • Proven track record for achieving quota in technology sales
    • Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills
    • Experience prospecting and evangelizing a cutting-edge software platform
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous Sales Methodology training
    • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
    • Strong customer references
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
