EMLS Cell Coordinator - Rubber Molding

The | | Cell Coordinator should work closely with the Team Lead to ensure | | production demands are being met. Create an | | atmosphere of learning and continuous improvement activities. | | - Responsible for scaffolding knowledge of EMLS principles. Ensure | | utilization within the structure of their department or work cell to | | influence positive change in support of a Dual Bottom Line | | business model. | | - Help direct core teams and guide leaders on selection of projects | | based on data collection and area based metrics, ensuring the teams | | are making qualified decisions on improvements and acting to make | | effective changes using EMLS tools and philosophies. | | - Joint accountability with Finance, Process Engineering and Business | | Operations for EMLS results. Includes Identification, Selection and | | Tracking of project results (i.e. financial reporting, performance | | measures). Educate core teams in the review process and ensuring | | results are tracking positively with area business metrics. | | - Safety leader in all aspects of each of the above responsibilities | | and goals.
