CTDI is looking for a Mid to Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team and will work as part of a dynamic team of Mechanical, Software, and Robotics Engineers, in a fast paced environment with an ever changing set of businesses and facilities to support. This individual should be a high-energy, quick learner who enjoys a hand-on, high-speed work environment. This person will need to take directions and work on an individual level as well as team player. C# and RF experience is a highly preferred. SPECIFICALLY, THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

• Optimize testing and repair processes.
• Interface directly with the customer as needed.
• Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products.
• Generate various documents, including test procedures, schematics, flowcharts, and project status reports.
• Support local branch on technical requirements. Develop automated test and repair capabilities
• Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products.
• Build, test, debug and develop C#, JTAG, CLI or LINUX applications.

Required Skills

• Clear discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems.
• Understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits.
• Understanding of 3GPP Specifications
• Understanding of 4G LTE, 5G NR Technology
• Understanding of RF circuits.
• Experience with IP networks and Linux
• Experience coding with C#
• Knowledge of LEAN is helpful.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual as well as in a Team environment.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.
• Occasional travel required.

Required Experience

• B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of science.
• 5+ years’ experience with complex test engineering.
• 3+ years of C, C++, C#
• Experience with RF circuitry.
• Telecommunications technical experience and overall understanding preferred.
• Experience being a stand-alone performer as well as a team Player. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.
