Guardian Tax is growing FAST, and we're moving into a brand-new, larger office in Irvine. We need passionate, experienced professionals like you to join our team—because our clients deserve the very best.

    What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact):

    • ****Represent clients with the IRS in audits, negotiations, and settlements.
    • Secure wage and bank levy releases.
    • Guide clients through settlement offers, installment plans, and Fresh Start Programs.
    • Be the trusted expert who brings peace of mind in the middle of financial chaos.

    ✅ What We're Looking For:

    • ****Active Enrolled Agent License (required).
    • 1+ years of hands-on experience in tax resolution or representation.
    • Strong knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs and resolution strategies.
    • Confident communicator with both clients and the IRS.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

    Your Mission Includes:

    • ****Contacting the IRS to obtain transcripts and reports.
    • Preparing and analyzing financials to determine the best resolution path.
    • Filing and managing cases like: **
      Offer in Compromise
      Currently Not Collectible (CNC) & Partial Pay Installments
      Lien Subordination/Release
      Audit Reconsideration
      Fresh Start Programs**

    Compensation:
