This position is eligible for a hybrid or remote work schedule. The starting pay for this position is $23.00/hr.

Position Summary:
The Enrollment Advisor will develop relationships with intern candidates, assisting with the enrollment process and troubleshooting issues while encouraging optimism and determination on their path toward success. This position will support candidates from multiple states and will be required to learn certification requirements for all locations.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Communicates with candidates via telephone, email, or live chat to build rapport and assist with the initial portion of the application process.
• Uses sales techniques to capture candidate attention, highlighting the program features and benefits and encourages the candidate to move through the enrollment process, ultimately enrolling the candidate in the program.
• Demonstrates proficiency in program knowledge and communicates how the program works to prospective and current candidates.
• Communicates effectively with candidates to determine their certification goals and whether the program can aid the candidate in meeting those goals.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and positive working attitude, as well as be available to help other team members as needed.
• Manages day-to-day tasks related to supporting and tracking potential candidates and current candidates progress to enrollment.
• Ensures that policies, procedures, and communication with candidates are documented in their account.
• Reviews accounts to make sure that clear and updated information is being provided to candidates.
• Works closely with the back office/fulfillment team to communicate transcript needs and requirements to candidates.
• Presents, promotes and sells ToT program using supported value proposition statements to existing and prospective candidates.
• Establishes, develops and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Contacts new and existing customers to discuss needs.
• Exhibits customer service skills to listen to the concerns of customers and able to address their needs.

• Perform other duties as needed.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity.
• 2 or more years of experience in a heavy customer service or sales-oriented position
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
