We are seeking a warm, driven, and detail-oriented Enrollment Director to join our leadership team and lead enrollment efforts across our two high-quality early childhood campuses. This role plays a vital part in growing and maintaining student enrollment while ensuring prospective families receive an exceptional experience that reflects the Primrose brand.

Position Summary
As Enrollment Director, you will:
Serve as the first and lasting impression for prospective families
Guide them through every step of the admissions and onboarding journey
Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow visibility and reach
Collaborate with school leadership to maintain strong family relationships
Drive enrollment to achieve key performance goals across both campuses
You will work closely with the School Directors and Ownership Team to align enrollment strategy with operational excellence and brand integrity.
Core Responsibilities
Enrollment Management
Serve as the primary contact for all enrollment inquiries across both campuses
Schedule and lead engaging school tours that reflect Primrose’s vision and mission
Manage enrollment tracking, class rosters, and start date planning
Follow up with prospective families to guide them through decision-making
Process pre-registration and enrollment forms; oversee onboarding of new families
Conduct virtual or in-person orientations for newly enrolled parents
Marketing & Community Outreach
Partner with ownership to implement local marketing strategies
Represent Primrose at parent fairs, expos, and community events
Build referral networks with local businesses, pediatricians, and parenting groups
Contribute content to digital newsletters and social media channels
Help coordinate open houses, special events, and enrollment campaigns
Parent Relations & Customer Experience
Deliver a welcoming, professional, and consistent first impression
Ensure strong follow-up and communication throughout the admissions process
Provide onboarding materials and check-in support for new families
Support retention by monitoring family satisfaction and escalating concerns
Assist in executing family appreciation events and school celebrations

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Warm, polished, and professional presence with strong relationship-building ability
Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage across two campuses
Prior experience in admissions, marketing, customer service, or Early childhood education is preferred
Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft suite and social media platforms
Occasional evening or weekend availability for events.
