    About the Role:

    As the Enrollment Manager at Primrose School of Fairfax, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school by attracting and enrolling families who share our values. Join a passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and fostering a nurturing environment for children while supporting social-emotional development, and building strong family partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as a point of contact for prospective families; provide information about the school’s curriculum, philosophy, and programs.

    Build trusting relationships with families to support their journey through the enrollment process.

    Handle all aspects of social media, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, analytics, and campaign strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow brand presence and drive engagement

    Ensure a warm, welcoming experience aligned with Primrose standards.

    Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to meet school goals.

    Conduct tours and informational sessions for prospective families.

    Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and schools.

    Manage the enrollment database and track prospective family interactions.

    Collaborate with the leadership team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

    Analyze enrollment trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

    Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new families and students.

    Support retention efforts through ongoing family engagement initiatives.

    Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive interest and inquiries.

    Experience in organizing and implementing monthly event calendars and community outreach events.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    2+ years of experience in sales in the education sector.

    Experience in teaching or leadership within early childhood education a plus.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families.

    Proficiency in enrollment management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Passion for early childhood education and commitment to quality service.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Positive demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
