    About the Role

    You are a consultative closer who leads with empathy. You manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and guide them from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and results-driven — with real opportunity to make an impact on the people you serve.

    Backgrounds that translate well: sales, recruiting, call center, client consulting, or admissions.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment
    • Respond to all new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency
    • Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision
    • Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly
    • Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments
    • Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity
    • Build referral relationships with external partners over time
    • Represent the organization professionally across all written and verbal communication

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or client services
    • Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets
    • Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide
    • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
    • Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment
    • Empathetic, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to

    Education

    Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
