    New Mom School is seeking a Part-Time Enrollment & Sales Specialist to help guide prospective moms from initial inquiry to enrollment in our programs. This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up consistently, uncovering needs, and helping families find the right support during pregnancy and early motherhood.

    The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable having conversations by phone, text, and email, and genuinely enjoys helping people make decisions that improve their lives.

    This role will be mostly remote, but occasional travel to the studio may be required at least once a month on a weekend for our program preview event. This position will be roughly 15 hours per week.

    Responsibilities

    Follow up with new leads who inquire about New Mom School programs

    Conduct phone consultations with prospective customers

    Manage lead communication through phone, text, email, and CRM tasks

    Consistently execute follow-up sequences to maximize enrollment opportunities

    Track lead activity and maintain accurate CRM records

    Identify enrollment opportunities and guide prospects through the decision-making process

    Re-engage inactive leads and nurture long-term prospects

    Support retention and re-enrollment outreach with existing studio customers when needed

    Collaborate with studio owners and the corporate team to ensure a positive customer experience

    Provide regular reporting on lead activity, conversions, and sales performance

    What We're Looking For

    Required:

    Previous sales, customer service, enrollment, admissions, membership, or client relationship experience

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

    Highly organized and self-motivated

    Ability to work independently in a remote environment

    Strong follow-through and attention to detail

    Preferred:

    Experience in wellness, fitness, education, healthcare, childcare, community-based businesses, or membership sales

    Experience using a CRM

    Experience working with mothers, families, or parent-focused businesses

    Compensation

    Hourly compensation plus performance-based bonus opportunities
