    We have two schedules we are hiring for as needed

    Mon - Thur = 9am - 630pm, then Friday 9am - 1pm

    Mon - Thur = 9am - 530pm, then Friday 9am - 4pm

    Not Yet Licensed? No Problem! Our Licensing Sponsorship Program will provide you with the

    training and support needed to pass the licensing exam on your first try. We cover the cost of

    training and licensing for health and life insurance in all states—a $4,000 value!

    Qualifications:

    ● Will ideally possess 1+ years industry experience in: a broker or insurance company,

    Health insurance and/or , individual sales environment, with a successful

    track record of goal achievement.

    ● Knowledgeable in CMS rules and regulations.

    ● Must exhibit ethical sales practice and compliance.

    ● Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone a

    plus.

    ● Inside sales experience.

    ● Excellent computer software skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Internet skills.

    ● Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    ● Coachable and ability to work well with others.

    ● Health Insurance license preferred, but not required.

    ● Selling via Internet a plus.

    ● Call center experience a plus.

    ● Must be punctual & responsible.

    Responsibilities

    Engage with clients through outbound calls to discuss health insurance options during open enrollment periods.

    Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Leverage negotiation and sales skills to close deals and meet performance targets.

    Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data and trends.

    Collaborate with team members to enhance business development strategies and improve overall sales performance.
