Qualifications: • Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Clear Lake training requirements. • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferred. • Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred. • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

Responsibilities: • Develop plans to execute and market events for the school, including calendar management, communication, social media to produce new sale opportunities for the school. • Establish and maintain company presence within the community through social media, community and internal marketing. • Generate a culture of positivity and accountability to ensure the school meets their inquiry and conversion goals, foster trusted relationships and influence results. • Develops and executes strategic communication plans to build and maintain positive community relationships with companies, schools, prospects and parents. • Selects, orientates and trains all staff in accordance with Primrose School of Clear Lake and state licensing requirements and policies and procedures. Assist director with staff evaluations. • Regularly communicate and updating parents on their child's day, addressing any concerns, and fostering a positive relationship. • Assists the director with the necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment such as touring and managing lead center. • Attend all school events, functions, open houses, etc. • Keep school physically well kept, attractive, and safe. • Additional duties as assigned by the Director • Ability to perform all of the essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to other Leadership Team positions, teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver.
