As a Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective parents, providing excellent customer service and support in providing information on our childcare centers.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer care and consistently seek to provide potential customers with best in class representation of the TLE brand.
Work to establish a trusting relationship with prospective families and sell the brand’s offerings to drive enrollment.
Proactively provide enrollment and program information to prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process.
Follow-up with prospective families by phone and email. Maintain ongoing communication as needed to secure enrollment.
Ensure accuracy of information by inputting families’ information into our CRM/lead tracking system.
Accurately document daily enrollment driving efforts and registrations and create weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports on pre-enrollment numbers as needed.
Represent TLE at promotional events, trade shows and community outreach efforts as requested.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
3+ years successful experience in sales or member services
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, incoming sales experience is a plus
