The premier early childhood education program in Frisco (West), Texas, is looking for a motivated self-starter for an Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator position at our school. A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred. A candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with families.

The ideal Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator is outgoing, organized, and able to create a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective and current families.
Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator responsibilities include:
Some of the primary responsibilities included are but not limited to:
· Supporting enrollment efforts including managing inquiries, scheduling tours, and follow-ups · Conducting engaging and informative school tours for prospective families · Managing the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment and maintaining accurate records · Building strong relationships with prospective and current families · Supporting onboarding of new families and ensuring a smooth transition into the school · Assisting with family engagement and retention initiatives · Assisting with community outreach efforts and building local partnerships · Representing the school at events, open houses, and community activities · Supporting social media updates, email newsletters, and communication efforts · Assisting with planning and execution of school events and family engagement activities · Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills · Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment · Supporting the leadership team with reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:
· BA or BS Degree in Early or Elementary Education, Child Development or related degree
· 21 credits in early childhood education as required by IL
· Prior Managerial Experience in a Preschool Setting
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Team Builder
· Commitment to Professional Development
