    Angel of God Resource Center, Inc. Position Title: Enrollment and Outreach Specialist Reports to: Director

    Position Summary

    The Enrollment & Outreach Specialist is responsible for recruiting youth participants, coordinating enrollment activities, and supporting program implementation for agency services. This role serves as a key connection between the organization, families, schools, and community partners to ensure strong participation, compliance, and positive youth engagement. The Coordinator supports program success through outreach, documentation, reporting, and ongoing participant support.

    Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of agency policies and procedures, this position:

    · Lead recruitment efforts to enroll eligible youth and families into the agency programs

    · Conduct orientations, intake sessions, and eligibility screenings

    · Maintain accurate enrollment records, consent forms, and participant files

    · Track attendance, participation, and demographic data

    · Follow up with families to support retention and engagement

    · Build relationships with schools, community organizations, parents, and stakeholders

    · Represent the organization at outreach events, fairs, and community meetings

    · Coordinate presentations and informational sessions to promote agency services

    · Support marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with leadership and marketing staff

    · Assist with scheduling activities, workshops, and youth programming

    · Support instructors and program staff with participant needs and logistics

    · Monitor youth engagement and provide referrals or additional support when needed

    · Promote a safe, respectful, and youth-centered learning environment

    · Maintain organized digital and physical program files

    · Enter and track data for enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and reports

    · Assist with grant compliance documentation and audit readiness

    · Prepare routine reports for leadership and funders

    · Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all participant information

    · Work closely with program leadership to meet enrollment and performance goals

    · Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and planning sessions

    · Support special events, parent engagement activities, and community initiatives

    · Uphold the organization’s mission and values in all interactions

    Qualifications

    · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field)

    · 2–5 years of experience in youth programs, enrollment, outreach, or community engagement

    · Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills

    · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    · Experience working with youth and families

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems

    · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    · Professional, dependable, and culturally responsive

    Preferred Skills

    · Nonprofit or grant-funded program experience

    · Familiarity with youth development programming

    · Case management or participant support background

    · Data entry and reporting experience

    · Bilingual abilities (a plus)
