    Title: Enrollment & Outreach Specialist (Telemarketing + CRM + Community Outreach) Location: Children’s Lighthouse of Chantilly — Early Learning School | Chantilly, VA Type: In-person | Full-time preferred (part-time considered) Mission: Create Joy 😊

    Role Summary: We’re hiring an energetic, confident Enrollment & Outreach Specialist to drive tours and enrollments through high-volume calling, fast follow-up, and excellent CRM discipline—plus local community outreach to build relationships and visibility.

    This is a people-forward role: you must be great on the phone, warm, engaging, and able to create trust quickly.

    Primary Objective (what you own): Turn inquiries into tours and keeping our CRM clean and our community presence active.

    Non-Negotiable Requirements :

    Telemarketing / high-volume outbound calling experience is mandatory

    Daycare/childcare CRM experience is mandatory (IntelliKIDS is a strong plus)

    Extremely fluent English (clear, friendly, professional—easy on the ears)

    Jovial, bubbly, inviting personality—you genuinely enjoy talking to families

    Strong follow-through: you do what you say, when you say

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Telemarketing & Lead Conversion (Primary)

    Call new leads quickly and consistently (speed-to-lead matters)

    Qualify families (child age, start date, schedule needs) and book tours

    Confirm tours, reduce no-shows, and handle follow-ups

    Re-engage older leads and missed calls with a structured cadence

    Communicate confidently and warmly—help families feel welcome

    1. CRM Management (IntelliKIDS)

    Log every call/text/email with clear notes and next steps

    Maintain clean pipeline stages (new → contacted → tour set → tour completed → enrolling)

    Weekly pipeline reporting: leads, contacts, tours booked/held, deposits/enrollments, top blockers

    1. Grassroots Marketing / Community Outreach

    Build partnerships with local businesses and community groups

    Coordinate small outreach efforts: drop-offs, flyers, table events, community touchpoints

    Help plan/host simple events that generate tours (open houses, family nights)

    1. Teacher/Operations Support (As Needed)

    Help with light classroom support tasks when requested (materials prep, transitions, setup/cleanup)

    Not a primary classroom role—enrollment work stays protected

    What Success Looks Like 📈

    Leads contacted quickly and consistently

    Tours booked every week and show rates improving

    CRM is always current—no dead leads, no missing notes

    Community touchpoints happening weekly

    Families leave calls feeling “I want to tour this school”

    Qualifications

    1–3+ years in telemarketing, inside sales, admissions, appointment setting, or call-center sales

    Experience using a childcare/daycare CRM (IntelliKIDS preferred)

    Comfortable hitting daily call activity targets and booking goals

    Organized, tech-comfortable, and calm under pressure
