About the Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional piano instructor to teach part-time with our Wellesley, MA Music School, At Your Door Music. Preference given to piano instructors who can also teach voice.
This teaching position is IN PERSON and in Students' homes.
Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. This position is unique as the instructor will need a reliable mode of transportation as they will be instructing in family residences, in person.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in piano performance or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
Instructor pay is $40 per hour plus 401K matching and mileage reimbursement of approx $8 per pay period.

We offer piano, guitar, voice, drums and other instrument lessons to children ages six and up and cater to all levels including beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
