Job Description

Kidzdance is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our Apopka, FL dance school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

This position is part-time 20-25 hours per week spread across 5 days per week in the afternoons.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere,

• Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families in a timely manner.

• Some retail and ordering supplies for in house boutique sales.

• Student sign-ups, scheduling, and billing related tasks.

• General administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in dance and dance education would be an asset. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. ****
