About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a personal and professional Music School and Store Administrator to help administer our Charles Town/Ranson WV music retail store and school. The Music School and Store Administrator will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding instrument rentals, purchases, and other requests for information
• Helping to manage our website and social media presence to represent the school to our local community
• Helping to organize and store inventory
• General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music, music retail, and music education would be an asset. Hours are flexible, but M-F 11am-7pm is preferred. Position would be 40 hours/week. Hiring immediately.
