Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Sales & Events Specialist at Classic Image Dance. Our growing studio in Chandler, Arizona focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Classic Image Dance is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

The Sales & Event Specialist will be responsible for building brand awareness through social media strategies and generating & converting sales leads to reach targeted sales & marketing goals. You will play an instrumental role in introducing clients (both parents & students) to the joy of dance and the positive impact it will have in the life of the student. In addition, this integral member of staff will be responsible for planning the various events that make up the social backbone of our organization, including managing budgets, resource planning, staff schedules, and successful event execution.

Hours involved for this position are Monday-Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm. Attendance at scheduled events & meetings outside of these hours will also be required. This part-time position will be approximately 30 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to new student inquiries in a timely manner in person, via phone, and email.
• Scheduling trial lessons for students and related communication with families and teachers; following up with families and teachers to officially enroll new students.
• Manage enrollment & retention targets
• Plan and coordinate monthly social media calendar to increase member and non-member engagement
• Plan, coordinate, and execute 5 events each season from start to finish, including timelines, logistics & budgets
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
• Long- and short-range planning of social media initiatives, series, and single posts to promote studio events and celebrations within the community.
• General administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in dance and dance education would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience and between $25-$28/hour. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week, and PTO is available.
