Job Description
Ellsworth Music Supply and Repair in Ranson, WV is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to serve as luthier/string repair technician for all things strings! Previous experience required. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and local educators to perform high quality repairs on electric and acoustic guitars and orchestral instruments.
Primary responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. Prior experience as a luthier required.
Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri (2 pm-8 pm), and Saturday 9-3 pm, and the desired time commitment for this position is approximately 15-25 hours/week. Pay will be commensurate with experience, and a 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week. $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days on the job.
