    About the Position

    Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional strings instructor (violin, viola, cello) to teach part-time at our Bonney Lake, Washington location. We are specifically looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON. The hours for this position are as follows: Monday 11AM-8:30PM & Tuesday-Friday from 11AM-4:30PM.

    Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

    Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in instrumental performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

    Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education and will be in the range of $32-35/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
