We are searching for a team player that is focused, reliable, honest, respectful, and hardworking; someone who will take pride in their work. • $30/hr + • Health benefits • PTO • Company vehicle to perform work responsibilities Responsibilities: • Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems • Conduct diagnostics on airflow (pressure-filled extension tests), which may require drilling into concrete/slab foundation • Install mitigation materials; run pipes for ventilation and install fans Qualifications: Qualifications of the Radon Technician: • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • Ability to pass Criminal Background Check • Able to follow & provide work directives. • Able to manipulate and work on an extension ladder • Able to work in non-climate-controlled environments for extended periods of time Compensation: $30 Hr +
