    REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY:

    • Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
    • Hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
    • Receive clearance from the Church Educational System Ecclesiastical Clearance Office.

    ANTICIPATED START DATE:

    The position is required for FALL Semester

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The candidate will be expected to lead discussions on System+ and Windows Server Administration topics. The curriculum follows the CompTIA-approved materials and will provide lab environments.
    • Guide and mentor students through rigorous experiential learning experiences.

    Ensign College has embraced immersive instruction techniques that place a very low emphasis on lecturing. The successful candidate cannot view themselves as a lecturer. Candidates with teaching experience and/or curriculum development experience are encouraged to submit evaluations, Videos, or other evidence of ability.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science or technology-related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Server Administration, Networking / Security, or I.T. environment.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
    • Strong desire to help others succeed in their career goals.
    • Experience administering Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 in a Datacenter environment.
    • Expertise in a variety of technical disciplines is preferred.
    • Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
