About the opportunity: Ensign Services is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to provide support and expertise to internal leaders and teams on a variety of Workday topics and issues. At least 1+ year of Workday report and dashboard development. Job Description: The Workday Reporting Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday reports configuration related to our HRIS/ Financial system: Workday. Responsibilities: * Work with internal teams to design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Functional areas of development in the financial environment * Monitor report repository and make recommendations for optimization and efficiency. * Troubleshoot reporting issues, and provide ongoing reporting support. * Drive reporting and dashboard strategy with internal teams to facilitate action and insight toward departmental goals. * Support development teams using metrics for justification and scope analysis. * Interpret complex reporting results to provide clarity and communicate conclusions to partnering teams. Qualifications: We are seeking a talented Financial professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills for this position. We are looking for someone amazing to join our awesome team and be a part of our solid company culture! * Must have experience leading Workday report configuration, composite reporting, and worksheets. * 1+ years of Workday reporting experience. * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently but who also functions as a team member. * Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents. * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management. * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources Field (including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training).
