Job Description

Entec Systems an experienced and established IT Managed Services company that is currently hiring for a Field Systems Engineer position available in our Richmond VA Office. Entec is looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills with experience in IT support. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter capable of managing client needs and expectations both individually and as part of a team.

The candidate will be asked to provide onsite and remote support for clients and fix issues defined in Entec service agreements.

Must have an excellent working knowledge of:

Active Directory, Windows Server based administration, email configuration and routing, TCP/IP. Windows Desktop Operating Systems and hardware, troubleshooting error messages, 3rd part software integration, Microsoft Office configuration and Support etc.

5+ Years of IT Network/ Server support experience preferred
